I have been there and know what it is like. That feeling of being always tired. It is very hard, I know. Don’t dispair though as there are things that you can do about it especially if the reason for your tiredness is physical.
Lots of people have something called anaemia and many don’t even know about it. You needn’t be concerned if it is something that you have because it can be controlled. Go to the doctors and tell him or her that you feel tired all of the time. They will test for the level of iron in your blood cells. Your doctor may decide to give you iron tablets if it turns out too low.
It makes sense that if you don’t get enough sleep that you will be always tired. A lot of people think they are getting enough sleep but they don’t actually realise that they aren’t getting enough quality sleep. You might have a sleeping problem or a sleeping disorder which is affecting you. Sleep disorders will disturb your sleeping patterns and will leave you always feeling tired.
People who are sufferers of different food allergies suffer from tiredness. The body can’t tolerate these food groups which then means that you don’t get all the goodness and nutirents. It can cause a problem not being able to know which of the foods is affecting you. It requires you removing certain groups of foods from your diet and seeing if it makes a difference. It is difficult to know where to start. It can also take a long time. Begin by removing junk food and take it from there.
You don’t stop being always tired just because you frink coffee as most people think. It is true that coffee contains caffeine which is a stimulant. You will start to feel tired again in the long term once the short term effects of the stimulants wear off. Also try to avoid it close to bed time as this will disturb your sleep.
So now do you know why you are always tired? Well obviously not yet but hopefully this article has given you some areas to pursue that you didn’t previously realise. Visit your doctor if you haven’t done so already as they should be able to assist you and with some trying then you shouldn’t be always feeling tired.
