If a person is more anxious and nervous than the amount of sleep needed might be bigger. You should try to observe how much sleep you need. If you feel very good and active after 9 hours of sleep than that’s the number of hours you will need every night.
Sleep is very important for surviving. It is well known that a person can survive a lot less time without sleep than without food or water. If you are experiencing sleep problems you should consult your doctor!
Sleep can also help your brain organize the information. You can study your school lesson better if you get enough rest. Also if you are having a problem and don’t know how to resolve it keep in mind that a good night of sleep might help. The next day you can wake up knowing exactly what is the best solution.
Make sure you will relax because this is the only way to succeed to sleep. When you had a bad night of sleep you should try to rest in the evening. This will help your body to recover.
