Thanks for providing such wonderful information to prevent snoring. I was not aware that our eating habits can affect our sleep. I have also heard that consumption of honey before going to bed is very helpful in preventing snoring. One can also try sleeping on multiple pillows so that the head can be kept in a higher position. These tips are so simple to follow and of great help to all those with snoring problem.
