Having Trouble Sleeping Of Late

I am developing a serious bout of sleeplessness, and having trouble sleeping lately. Despite what I do, I wind up tossing and spinning for nearly all of the night, and then get up still feeling downright exhausted. I then have to battle through the remainder of the day groggy-eyed, only to go through the entire course after darkness descends. I’ve tried every one of the typical tips, like eating healthy foods, getting adequate exercise, and avoiding alcohol and caffeine, but zero has worked thus far. I’m the type of individual who needs at least 7 or eight hours of sleep in order to function properly, so this spate of insomnia is especially taking its toll on me.

The next course of action for me is to perhaps go and visit an expert because I know the importance of sleep for me. However that kind of thing is expensive, and I know my insurance won’t cover it, so I would prefer to do that as a final option only if not anything else works.
